Punjab University, Chandigarh conduct there own entrance test - CET PG you can check the official website for more details as they offer admission to some PG courses on the basis of Merit score of the qualifying examination. here i am providing the link of Punjab university you can check it.

There was test for M.com (Business Economics) there was not any details about M.A Economics.
