As per the last year DCET cutoff with this rank the chances are less to get a seat for Electrical Engineering. Previous year DCET cutoff of BIET College for SC Category was 9750 & University B.D.T. college of Engineering Davangere was around 1778 for Electrical Engineering. You can also assure with the given below link.
