Yes you can apply there in other state quota

Certainly you can, as it's eligibility criteria says students you are not native citizens of Tamil Nadu too can apply for the university in other state quota but make sure that to work hard and do well in it's enterence exam and also your 12th percentange will play a vital role in admission ,as the cut offs for other state students are usually very high as the number of seats alloted to this category are limited.

Hi Shantanu! There is a separate admission procedure for students from states other than Tamil Nadu. Selection is done mainly through your 10+2 marks in India. Based on merit and as per first come first serve basis they choose their preferred course from the available slot of counselling. You can give TNEA exam and keep checking the important notices at -
