I am studying in diploma civil engineering branch in final year. So how I can take admission in any university of Haryana Punjab in btech for free

Hi there!
You can go for BTech in Punjab and Haryana for the following colleges which have very much less fee structure.
1 Sant longowal institute of Engineering and technology sangrur Punjab. This college has a fees of 58000 per annum.
2. University institute of Engineering and technology Chandigarh. This is also the cheapest college among the  Punjab and Haryana
