In 2018, the cut off for admission into a government medical (MBBS) college for SC Category via All India Quota was around 430. Via State Quota, it depends on your state. For BDS, the cut off was around 400 via All India Quota. Since cut offs vary from year to year, I would suggest you to target for a score of 460+ to get a decent government medical college. 420-430+ can fetch you a BDS Seat.
