For qualifying the entrance examination, the marks required are very less .
For getting selected into a college, one needs to score atleast 400 and above to get selected in a government medical college
For private medical college, above 350 is also good.

for an SC candidate is well you need to be targeting quite high and definitely you need to try to store an excess of 450 to get into a government medical college seat why are the state quota 85% reservation and excess of 502 520 to get into a government medical college seats in some other state why you do not have domicile in the 15% all India quota all this is subject to variation on the standards and performances of the different years and question papers
