I completed my intermediate in 2017 got 52% and appeard for CBSE improvement exam in 2018 got 79% so which passing year and marks should i upload during NEET application form so that i will be eligible for AIIMS and JIPMER?

While AIIMS and JIPMER did not mention any specific aggregates for admission to MBBS based on NEET score, you should mention your Improvement marks and year because that is when you got the better marks.
