If you have passed the qualifying examination from an institute located in National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi, You are eligible for 85% quota seats as Delhi region. You can check the Seats reservation for Delhi & Outside Region given below.

Distribution of seats:

In total seats, 85% seats are reserved for Delhi Candidates.

Remaining 15% seats are there for the outside Delhi candidates.

Regarding OBC Certificate: If you are in the Central OBC list then it will be applicable in all over India but if you are in State Rajasthan OBC list only then you will be considered as General category in other states.

I would also like to inform you that Careers360 is Organizing Counselling Event on 2nd June, 2019 in Delhi-NCR to counsel the students for Engineering & Medical programme. You can get your queries resolved by Experts regarding Admission, Counselling, Colleges as per your score etc.
