E-mail correction in TS-EAMCET comes under Category-1 Correction. 

For that you have to send an SMS through your registered number to 9912330730.

The format of your SMS would be like-

Registration No., Name, Qualifying HT No. and Correct Email ID.

well no issues , you need not to worry while there is window open for the from april 6 to april 9th you login to your id and make respective correction make sure you check all of them once again
