If you haven't got any seat in 1st round then they may be many reasons you may put colleges which doesn't suits your rank and caste and as you said even cutoff rank is 97k you didn't got seat that means may be your before rank people have put same college then you lost a chance..don't worry go for second couselling keep colleges according to cutoff rank and many options so that you will get definitely one college
