There is no problem with that. What you need to do is that you should go to you school/college/institutions and you should ask for your passing certificate because the official boards send that to the them only  and if that don't work then you should try to contact you official board.

I would like to tell you that so as to get NIT manipur you definately need to have your 12th paas certificate. In Case you have been allotted you pay the fees. I also suggest you to contact the official authorities and get the doubt cleared.
