No, I am afraid you will not qualify for any course.
Even if you pass overall, DU admission requires candidates to provide their best of 4 percentage. And this best of 4 has to include 3 core subjects, and 1 language subject.
And I believe your language subject is English.
So, you have to pass in your compartment exam to be eligible for DU.

Yes. Any one language will do. And Hindi is listed under List-A of DU, so you are good to go!!!
