Hi Sourav,

You must have been remembering the email id or phone number from which you created the account for WBJEE you can use that and try creating a new password by creating on the "forgot password" option. You may be given a code or a link by which you can change your password.

You can contact the authorities on the toll-free number on their website and tell them about your problem. They may give you a better solution
