Chances very low for NIT and IIITs and CFTIs under Architecture courses as cutoffs is above 250 marks.

However you can get following private architecture colleges :

ICL institute of architecture Amabala
Dehradun institute of technology
Faculty of Architecture Vadodara
Zee University Himgiri
MGM Jawaharlal nehru Navi Mumbai
Punjab Technical University Jalandhar.
