I have got 35086 Rank in JEE Paper II. Whether i will get govt College seat in BArch in orissa

Actually there is only 1000 below seats in jee paper 2. And getting a seat with this mark will be very hard task.
Jee only provide less b.arch seat and the remaining huge seats are filled by NATA
