Hello,
You can not get CSE with this ranking because it is distributed to higher rankings but for ECE there are chances but you have to be updated with new distribution process with the ranks. Good luck.

I got 46 marks in jee mains can l get ECE in nit or lllt. or other good collage in Chennai
