Getting into NIT KURUKSHETRA  is tough with these marks in IT engineering till you have reservation in SC and ST seats . A general candidate would require atleast 175-180 Marks to get a seat in IT branch

I am sorry but with 102 marks,  Veermata jijabai technological Institute is not possible atleast for open category student in any of the CAP rounds. The first round closes at about 170 marks. It is not possible for it to drop to 102. You could try for other colleges in Maharashtra,  surely you can get a college.
