An acquaintance of mine got 141+ and got an All India rank of 1200+. So you can see how wrong all the predictions have been of various coaching institutes. Being in general Category and 116 marks you have nearly nil chances of getting an NLU. But you can still opt for some private colleges.

I would advice you to fill IPU law college form, ILS pune, Symbosis Pune , Ramaiya law college etc.
