Hello Sowmya.
You have scored a decent score,which is not too good and not too bad as well.Therefore you can definitely get a seat in engineering college without management.But you won't have any other option rather than to settle for less.ie There's a very small possiblity that you will get a seat in good college but no doubt you will get a seat in a decent college.
