Since you are a sports person, yes you are eligible for sports quota.

Every year the rank changes based on cutoff,

in 2017, 191 cutoff secured 14k rank

in 2018,191 cutoff secured 7k rank

We cannot surely predict your rank.

But as of now, the cutoff is said to be decreased in 2019.
