Hello aspirant!  Let me to inform you that the cut off rank or the closing rank for IP universities btech program depends on many factors like whether you are a Delhi candidate or outside Delhi candidate. It depends on the branch as well. For Cse/ IT  ,if you are a outside Delhi candidate then your rank should be under 30k but if you are a Delhi candidate then till 1 lakh rank based on mains, you have chances.
