As you have not mentioned your category so considering it as a General.

According to the rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get Civil Engineering in any of the NITs as per previous year's cut-offs but yes I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission in Civil Engineering on such ranks. Some colleges are enlisted below in which you can get Civil Engineering :-

• MBM Engineering College, Jodhpur
• RTU Kota
• Bikaner Technical University

Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
