If this is your crl then you can get branch upto computer science in NIT Surathkal but if this is your rank in sc category then sorry you cannot get branch in this nit.

In NIT Surathkal the lowermost ranked branch is Metallurgical and Materials Engineering or Mining Engineering.

In order to get a seat in it, one must have a rank around 4000 in JEE Main in SC Category.

With the rank of 21370 there is negligible chance for you to be allotted NIT Surathkal.

You can try other lower NITs or other private colleges.
