see you did not mention which exams you have applied for engineering admission, however jee main april session exam has yet to held and if this time number of candidates increased it would have effect on your current score and percentile. however if the mentioned rank is your jee main rank you have decent chances for computer science engineering in reputed colleges like nits, iiits etc.
