Hello dear,

As you have secured 23351 rank in ap icet 2021 exam and belong to oc category . With your rank you will get colleges in d category. But andra university comes under b category which comes under a rank of 100 to 1000. So it is difficult to get andhra university with your rank. With your rank you can get : vvit-guntur , Viit- vishakapathanm, Vlits- guntur, Svecw - Bhimavaram
