GGSIPU doesnot offers reservation for OBC category for Outside Delhi candidates. And your rank is not quite well. There is a tough chance to get admission in IPU affiliated colleges as the closing rank for any college is 2595 . You may only get admission in Madhu Bala Institute of Communication and Electronic Media.
