The chance of getting a free seat in Pherma D is high for your and you also have the special reservation status that is more plus point for you, if you can't get free seat then apply for fee reimbursement if you are eligible, but i think you will get free seat no need to think for second option (like fee reimbursement). So, All the Best for your future.
