If you specified your rank that would have more helpful. As per the details you gave your rank must be quite good. As per the previous year data, the closing rank of IET,Lucknow is :-

for CSE:- 29
for ME:- 10
For EE:- 1416
for IT:- 980

you can check in which branch range you come and apply for counselling then.

you can go to the official site of the college to check the merit list and Updated status.
