I regret to inform you that with such a low score you cannot get admission into nit suratkal with any branch.
As nit Suratkal is one of the top 3 nits so it has high cutoffs for the candidates to get admission.
As considering your obc category you must have a rank under 3k to get admission into nit suratkal even for non core branches like mining or metallurgical engineering.

Rest other branches have high cutoffs so either you take part in any other councelling process or you can even take admission into any reputed private institutes.
