Yes go for counselling through 12 percentile you will get the college

Yes you may get mechanical engineering in SKIT but JECRC is a bit doubtful. While applying for REAP you should apply for both of them. JECRC is better than SKIT so you should fill the preference accordingly.

My home state is rajasthan only , so is there any  possibility of JECRC
