A rank of 37752 is a bit low of a rank. Due to the competition increasing by the minute everyday, the need for scoring higher marks and scores keep increasing more and more. Hence, unfortunately the top nits and IITs would be tough to get into with this score. Also other Centrally Funded Technical Institutes ( CFTIs) such as the IIITs also would be a bit tough. However, since you have not mentioned any reservation, the chances of you getting into some some of these universities can a bit on the higher side if you belong to a reserved category. Since you have not specified the course, there are even some new NITs into which you have a good chance of getting into such as NIT Andhra Pradesh, NIT Pondicherry etc.
