Since you have not mentioned your home state so considering it as Karnataka according to your profile.

So on such marks and category you have very low chances of getting MBBS seat in any government medical college through AIQ counselling of NEET 2020 but yes you can get either BDS seat in some colleges through AIQ counselling or you can get MBBS seat in government quota under state quota counselling of Karnataka in some medical colleges according to previous year's cut-off.
