Dear Aspirant,
As per last years cutoff, you can get government medical seat with these score in other state through All India Quota. 436 is a good score for ST category candidate to get seat through All India Quota. With these score you have changes to get seat in some states.
You can use the given below link to predict your college by submitting your NEET score.

Hope this helps.
Thank you
Hello aspirant
It's difficult to exactly predict the chances of admission for medical colleges as cutoffs vary every year depending upon factors like difficulty level of examination, candidates applied, their marks, seats available etc.
However based on your score and category mentioned,
You have very less chances to get into Government medical colleges under All india qouta in St category.
You have chances to get into government medical colleges through state qouta based on previous years cutoffs for mbbs program under St category. This is not sure as this year cutoffs are expected to change more.
Hope this information is useful
Thanks
