As per the last year cutoffs your marks of 45/180 is not enough for you to get a seat in IIISER. The demand for IISER is ever increasing and thus cutoffs go either higher or remain the same for SCB channel of IISER. There is very low chance you get your preferred choice. But still, you can hope for the best and wait for third and fourth round of counselling until which many IISER candidates decide on IIT vs IISER. You can still expect a seat in IISER but I won't suggest you to have very high hopes. Feel free to comment down your doubts.
