With an All India Rank of 49972 in NEET PG the chances of securing a seat in any government medical college in the above mentioned fields will depend on a variety of factors like the previous year cutoff, the opening and closing rank, the number of seats available and many more.

You can check the previous year cutoff by visiting the official website of the examination authority and then checking the required details.  Your chances would be higher for seats in private medical colleges or deemed universities where the cutoffs might be less stringent.
