Last year through AIQ 461 marks with all india rank of 75150 secured a seat in Karnataka Institute of Medical Sciences, Hubli belonging to ST Category, hence based purely on this you hold chances for the same, cutoffs vary every year based on multiple factors such as seat matrix, marks obtained in exam, toughness level of paper, total number of candidates participating in the exam etc.

Going by last year's cutoffs, the cutoff score for Karnataka Institute of Medical Sciences in ST Category was 487 through State quota. The respective all India rank was 57004. Now look, 520, your score, which is pretty good but your rank doesn't match with the cutoff rank of last year's. So the chances are quite less.
