with 54 marks in ap eamcet and 9.79 cgpa in ipe board exam your expected rank would be between 115260-118260.however this is baseed on previous years trends and analysis.

i am sorry to inform you that with that rank and marks in eamcet exam, you wont be able to get any seat in government college in cse branch
