Your rank is a bit low to attain the top 5-6 colleges so i would suggest you to kindly keep other private colleges as a backup like VIT vellore, SRM University , Wbjee colleges.

However various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.

After analyzing the previous year data, I can say that you can get EC in some colleges but it is difficult to get CSE  based on you rank. Some of the colleges are in which you can get EC are :-
