Well for DTU more than your rank, your home state, category matters in your selection.

So had you mentioned your category and state cadre would easier for me to give you a better prediction.

If you are a GEN or OBC outside Delhi then vertually zero chances of selection at DTU

If you are from GEN or OBC Delhi then you hold a chance of selection in the lower bracnhes of DTU.

With regards to SC/ST and inside Delhi then you hold a strong chance of getting a CSE or rather any branch in DTU.

Acccording to previous years cut off analysis (assuming your category is general since you have not mentioned any specific category ) you have no-meagre chances of getting admission in DTU both from if you are from delhi or outside delhi,last year cut off rank for GNGD(general delhi) was around 40-45k and for general outside delhi it was 17700 so its tough to get a seat if we look at previous years cut off.
