As your rank is 60029 in MIT exam and according to previous year cutoff  data  closing rank for some branches are.

1.CCE. -1819

2.ECE.  -6483

3.civil engineering-31256

4.media technology-42576

So it's very rare chance that you get admission in main campus of manipal institute of technology but still apply for councelling you may get lower branches.
