As you know rank will depends on two factors i.e., EAMCET + IPE marks(Math, Physics, Chemistry). For your IPE marks 573/600*25 = 23.87 and for your EAMCET marks 61/160*75 = 28.59. For your overall marks 23.87 + 28.59 = 52.46. According to the analysis of marks vs rank of previous year 2019 for your combined score your rank range will be around 15,001 - 50,000(59 -50 marks).

It will be vary from year to year based on different factors.
