To get free seat in engineering college your EAMCET rank should be less than 10000.

If you are from general or BC category then you are right must be less than 10000 to get every seat in EAMCET based engineering colleges in Telangana.

Getting a free seat in engineering colleges in Telangana and even Andhra Pradesh for Karnataka does not depend on the ipe marks it depends on the EAMCET rank and according to the previous year cutoff to get a rank below 10000 one should score above 80 marks at least in the EAMCET exam.
