First of all congratulations to you for scoring well in JEE Mains.

Yes you can surely take admission into an NIT by participating in Josaa counselling. You'll get your college based upon your rank in JEE mains .

Also I would like to tell you that ipe marks will not matter there . The only thing you need for taking admission in NITs are that

1. you need to obtain good rank in JEE Mains and
2. must have passed your class 12th board examination (this year percentage of marks will not matter).
