As of now its tough to say which college you can get because the cutoff changes every year with college .but with previous year analysis and your rank we can find possibilities into colleges.you have very low or no chances to fetch a seat in ou because the cutoff is very less and you have high rank.as you did not mention what branch you are willing to join here are few colleges you can get into with your rank and previous year cutoffs irrespective of branch:
