I got 67% diploma in information technology can I eligible for direct second year in SC category

Yes you are eligible for direct second year lateral admission into VIT pune for diploma aggregate marks.

Under SC category cutoff near 75%, however can drop tgis year as well.

So keep hopes high and you do have decentchances of conversion into IT stream.
