For branches like Cse,mech,ece,civil in Andhra University u need to get at least 1000 to 1500 rank if u are in open category.

So, with your marks you don't have a chance of getting rank below 1500. So. there are very less chances for you in getting Andhra University.

Congratulations on good score. Andhra university, College of Engineering(AUCE)  provides various courses in Under graduation. Analyzing the cutt offs from previous years,  there are very few chances to get into Andhra university in civil engineering. Have a backup plan.
