You can get a seat in DTU only if you have home state quota or else you cannot.
But, you can get a seat in Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical Univetsity (IGDTU). I will also mention the branches in which you can get a seat-
1) Information Technology
2) Electronics and communication engineering
3) Computer Science Engineering.
