In order to estimate the AP EAMCET rank, the council considers and  75% of weightage is given for AP EAMCET score and 25% of weightage is given for IPE  marks . Therefore, candidates must see  that the rank is allocated based on the above weightage.

Seeing your details, you can calculate the score as,

IPE score , 550/600X25 = 23

AP EAMCET score ,  70/160X75 = 33

Combined Score , addition to both above scores,

23+33= 56

So, seeing the previous years cutoff trends, your rank may range from 15000 to 50000.

But , every year these cutoff trends changes and vary depending upon seat availability, exam difficulty and no. of applicants appeared.
