With only 70 marks in Jee Mains, your chance of getting into good NITs, IIITS or GFTIs is highly unlikely. You may get admission in North East NITs though ( although the placement opportunities in those NITs is very pathetic).

According to your jee mains marks and taking into consideration that you are from sc category ,it is next to impossible to get a seat in cse in dtu but you can definitely get other branches such that engineering physics, electrical engineering but i am calculating an appropriate rank according to your marks and as per that calculations i can surely say that you will definitely get these branches.
