Based  on your ipe and eamcet marks your rank will be decided and based on your rank , caste and the branch or course you pick to do your graduation  on those based your college will be allotted as per the list you kept in counselling and as per your information your rank varies between 9k-15k and this may changes as per number of students qualified in eamcet and for more information click on below link
